Welcome to delegation visits to Canada, Toronto on 17.-19.10.2023 and Spain, Barcelona 7.-9.11.2023!

The delegation visits focus on automotive and mobile work machine sectors’ OEM- & Tier1 companies, clusters and research institutes. This is an unique opportunity to meet industry’s top companies, network and find new business opportunities and partners.

 

Spain, Barcelona visit on 7.-9.11.2023

Spain is after Germany the 2nd largest car manufacturer in Europe and a very interesting export market. The automotive industry in Spain invests yearly an average of 4 B€ in the extension and modernization of existing production facilities. Spain is home to many OEMs and Tier1 companies, such as Volkswagen, Seat, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Stellantis, Renault, Nissan, Ford, Iveco,..

 

There is also Smart City Expo World Congress -event in Barcelona at the same time. Interesting themes include for example mobility and enabling technologies. If you find this interesting you can combine our delegation visit and Smart City Expo.

 

The visit program includes:

• Factory visits, e.g. Seat, Ebro, Volkswagen
• Tier1 company visits, e.g.. Marelli, Ficosa
• Automotive cluster meetings e.g. Catalonia (CIAC) ja Valencia (AVIA)
• ACCIO – Agency of Business Competivenes
• There’s also a possibility to arrange individual company meetings

The visit program is preliminary and will be updated soon.

 

We and our partners will organize the visit programs and local transportation. The participants will cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.
