Business Tampere and Tampere University jointly arrange the 2nd part of a complimentary training program about Regulatory Essentials in Health Tech. The online training is targeted to all health startups in the Tampere Region, university healthcare innovators, Tampere University (TUNI) spinoffs and all SPARK Finland teams.
The training for healthtech startups and university innovators focuses on turning regulatory compliance into a competitive advantage for startups, to succeed in the global healthcare market. It provides to Tampere Health Technology and Life Sciences Ecosystem innovators a kick-start to regulatory compliance for health-related business development (incl. health software and medical devices).
The second part of this training will be organized in September 2020, diving into more detail on requirements regarding medical software, including AI, usability and labeling of medical devices, as well as clinical valuation and risk management in practice. After the successful training in June, these were the most requested topics from the local startups and innovators.
The training sessions in September will be organized online via the Zoom platform.
All startups from the Tampere Region and all teams in SPARK Finland program attending the training continue to gain access to Entries, the digital regulatory runway tool. TUNI students and staff shall register with their TUNI email addresses.
