Mentoring Morning: Courage in the Age of AI
The technology sector is undergoing a major transformation, and AI is changing the way we operate and think. It is now crucial to dare to challenge the prevailing norms. The technology sector needs courage to ensure that we are building a future for everyone – not just a few.
Success in change never happens by accident or alone. In addition to technical expertise, success requires multidisciplinary collaboration, tolerance for uncertainty, and the ability to lead through transformation.
