One of the biggest challenges while starting a company is how to get funding. You may wonder what are the best options for your startup, how do you apply for funding or grant or, how to convince investors to your business idea?

On Entrepreneurs Day 5th of September Business Tampere is organizing a fundraising workshop. In this workshop you will learn investor mindsets and find your investor persona, appropriate channels, strategies for engagement and retention plus helpful tool Fundraising Model Canvas.

One-one sessions
After this workshop fundraising coaching will continue for 10 companies on one-one sessions. Participants have possibility to get coaching to their financial model and pitch insights. Coaching session companies will be selected in registration order. Please note that one-one sessions are de Minimis support (250€).

Highlight of this funding coaching will be the Pitch Tampere event on the 19th of September.

About the Head Coach
Will Cardwell from Courage Ventures has an investment portfolio of more than 25 startups today. Since 1998, he has helped startup and growth companies raise more than 200m euro, and has been and investor in more than 60 startups. He has lived in Finland for 24 year, and is also a professor of finance at the University of North Carolina Kenan Flagler School of Business.
