Business Tampere and Tampere University would like to invite you to join the spring 2022 online training series on Regulatory Essentials in Health Tech held in March-May 2022. The first training session takes place on 17th of March at 10:00 – 12:30 Finnish time.

Tampere region health startups, TUNI students and staff, TUNI spinoffs & Spark Finland teams as well as Tays researchers are all welcome to attend the training free of charge and will gain a certificate of attendance to support their individual and business needs. By attending the training sessions, all participants will also gain free access to ENTRIES, the digital regulatory runway tool, until the end of 2022. The services are provided by Labquality and Lean Entries Ltd.

The training is optimized for health tech startups and academic innovators, focusing on turning regulatory compliance into your competitive advantage to grow the chances of success on the global healthcare market. The aim is to continue providing the Tampere Health Technology and Life Sciences Ecosystem innovators a kick-start to regulatory compliance for health-related business development (including health software, medical devices and in vitro diagnostics) to reach your development targets. Two new and crucial sessions are added in the series: One for Clinical Investigations according to the MDR and one for qualifying the Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance in your team.

The training is organized in an open format, where innovators from other regions, incubators or academia may attend as well. The same training series will be repeated in autumn 2022 with free access to Tampere region health startups, TUNI spinoffs & Spark Finland teams and Tays researchers, providing your growing teams the opportunity to attend at the most suitable time. All training sessions will be recorded and shared with attendees. We highly recommend the first four sessions of the training series to all employees of a health tech startup to gain the crucial level of understanding on the effect of regulatory compliance to your business.
