The Brightest Tampere – All Bright! Ambassador of the year 2015, Mr. Eashan Salhotra was chosen among six bright candidates and the winner was announced in TWINKLE 2015 event on Monday the 7th of December.
Mr. Eashan Salhotra has accomplished as Tampere – All Bright! Ambassador especially in being active and supportive to the network bringing a strong influence from the student life. He has graduated from the University of Tampere in 2015 from Master Degree Programme in Software Development or Computer Science and is currently searching new challenges in Tampere Region’s business life.
During the autumn 2015 he has given a lot of his spare time in organising TWINKLE event as a volunteer. He is really interested in intercultural communication and likes to meet new people and discover new places. He has served as Board Member at Erasmus Student Network in Finland, where he organized several activities such as language groups, student parties and trips.
As an ambassador, he wants to help Tredea to organize regular events and motivate friends and professional contacts to visit and work in Tampere. He believes Tampere has the potential to become a start-up hub due to the presence of a talented international crowd and its relationships with the ICT. His contribution is strong in student related activities which include for example organizing language groups and other cultural events.
