Application period is open now! Mediapolis accelerates media startups in Tampere

Mediapolis Accelerator, also known as Mediapolis Kiihdyttämö, begins the first accelerator program designed specifically for startup companies in the media field. The Tampere based Mediapolis Accelerator is created to foster the work of startups so they could be successful quicker and attract investments.

The program is free to the companies. Their investment in time and work equals about one week’s total resources each month.
The accelerator program begins in early May and it lasts for seven months, with a two-month long follow up period. Second accelerator program will take place in 2018.
Mediapolis Accelerator is designed for startup companies in the media field, covering all aspects of content creation, delivery and consumption. Mediapolis Accelerator is looking for agile companies with digital media and media business related services that offer improved or new revenue streams.
