The event focuses on contemporary leadership challenges, practical tools, and human-centered approaches to working in creative, knowledge-intensive industries. The program is built around curated panel discussions featuring invited guests from Finland and abroad, offering experience-based insights. Leaderboard 2.0 runs two parallel tracks: one aimed at industry professionals and leaders, and another designed for university students and early-career developers focusing on self-leadership and employability. The day culminates in a networking event at the 5th floor of Platform6, Åkerlundinkatu 8. The conference is organized in collaboration with Film Tampere and Tampere University. Hei!
