• ​​This two-hour hands-on workshop helps founders and product builders reimagine their SaaS products for the AI era — not by adding AI features, but by rebuilding the product around AI as the new operating system.
• Participants bring their own startup concepts and, through guided frameworks and exercises, apply structured thinking to discovery, problem definition, and AI-first product design.
• The session blends strategic frameworks with live demonstrations using cutting-edge AI design tools such as Lovable and GPT Canvas.
