Join us in Leaderboard 2.0, a free one-day leadership conference held on February 27th, 2026, at the main campus of Tampere University, bringing together professionals, students, and leaders from the game industry and adjacent creative fields. The event focuses on contemporary leadership challenges, practical tools, and human-centered approaches to working in creative, knowledge-intensive industries. The program is built around curated panel discussions featuring invited guests from Finland and abroad, offering experience-based insights. Leaderboard 2.0 runs two parallel tracks: one aimed at industry professionals and leaders, and another designed for university students and early-career developers focusing on self-leadership and employability. The day culminates in a networking event at the 5th floor of Platform6, Åkerlundinkatu 8. The conference is organized in collaboration with Film Tampere and Tampere University.
