Existing reliable diesel engines have already been modified to run on biogas and hydrogen by them. What challenges have they encountered, and what are their current and future needs? Additionally, are they looking for partners or pilot projects to collaborate on? AGCO is a global leader in agricultural machinery and precision ag technology. They are investing 70 million euros in its Linnavuori plant in Nokia, Finland. The new research laboratory in Linnavuori will house several cells for testing combustion engines running on alternative fuels like biogas, as well as hybrids, fuel cells, and high-voltage battery technology.
