Funding is one of the main themes to arrange services help you with. Business Tampere offers funding helpdesk service, where it is possible to have free consultation from a finance expert online. Click here to funding helpdesk webpage. Web page is only in Finnish, but the service is offered in English as well.

As an add-on for the helpdesk, our senior business advisor Tapio Siik provides funding clinics for startups. Clinic times can be book via this calendar link. A startup can book 1,5h long clinic to map out the current situation of the business and get suggestion of the following steps. They are half-day long training modules within following themes: 1) Planning the funding 2) Executing funding round 3) Documentation in relations to fundraising 4) Pitch training.

Trainings and Events

Tampere startup trainings and events have taken a digitalisation leap ant transformed on online activity. Red Brick Accelerator and Nordic Startup School have changed their program batches to continue work using digital channels. The super demo day of these programs will be held in 20th May as an online event. Possibly there will be another mentoring afternoon before summer, following the format we piloted 25th March, when 13 mentors were sparring several companies 1-to-1 online sessions during the afternoon.
