    Eventos mobile application is designed to help you maximize the potential Smart City Mindtrek 2020 holds for you. In the app you find all important information like the event program, venue information and live updates. The app also gives you the possibility to connect with other attendees, the exhibitors and the presenters through a networking function.

    The app can be be downloaded free-of-charge from App Store and Google Play StoreParticipants registered to Smart City Mindtrek 2020 will receive the pin-code for the app via email before the event.

    When you access the app, please make also sure to enable notifications. If notifications are disabled we cannot guarantee that you will receive updates and information on urgent matters in time.


    How to schedule the meetings

    To enable the networking function, select “networking” in the Smart City Mindtrek 2020 eventos mobile app. You have the possibility to log in with an activation link for which you have to enter your information, or to sign in with LinkedIn. After signing in you can edit your profile by selecting “Settings”. Edit personal information, choose your availability and select your interests. Select your interests by Smart City Mindtrek 2020 tracks or by field (or both), and by direction: Are you offering expertise on this topic or are you looking for cooperation on this topic? In the participant list you can see how well your interests match with those of the other attendees, by the percentage number displayed next to their name. Send meeting requests and start chatting!

    Message Wall: Send questions and comments during the sessions. Please make sure that you first select the correct hall in the ”Hall menu” of MessageWall. You can also participate in real time polls and word clouds when they are used and activated during the sessions.
