Tampere’s diverse vocational learning opportunities support businesses by ensuring access to skilled labor and fostering competence development.

Tampere Adult Education Centre (TAKK) is one of Finland’s leading adult education centers, with over 12,000 adult learners and 270 professionals annually.

TAKK offers vocational qualifications, further and specialist vocational qualifications, and professional continuing education across more than 20 fields. Its training programs, activities, and learning environments are developed in close collaboration with businesses and the working community.

Tampere Region Vocational College Tredu serves over 17,000 young and adult learners annually, including approximately 500 students in preparatory vocational education each year. Tredu closely collaborates with the business sector, offering services such as apprenticeship training.

Tredu operates across 13 campuses in Pirkanmaa, located in Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala, Ylöjärvi, Virrat, and Tampere.

AhlmanEdu provides a wide range of educational programs in Tampere, including vocational qualifications, short courses, and continuing education. Training is available in fields such as agriculture, gaming, environmental studies, and creative industries.
