Original description of the event: Topic: Happy Accidents – A Conversation About Letting the Unexpected In Guest: Jussi Kalliniemi, ROUNDS GG ROUNDS didn’t follow a straight plan. It grew through side ideas, coincidences, and small risks that somehow turned into events, partnerships, and an e-sports education ecosystem. None of it looked obvious at the time. Discussion: How do founders create space for surprise? How do we recognize an idea that isn’t “strategic” yet might become the thing that moves everything forward?
