Original description of the event: One of the most common pitfalls keeps repeating itself in the startup world. First, months, sometimes even years, are spent building a product or solution. Then comes the confusion when customers don’t come flooding in. The result is a solution with no real demand. It’s time to let go of this outdated way of building startups and turn the whole process upside down: customers first, then the product and solution. But how do you actually do this in practice?
