What if your leadership team could test strategic decisions before making them in real life? Join GPT-Lab and Crazy Town Tampere for an interactive hands-on workshop where you’ll experience MATSI (Management Team Simulation Game)—an advanced management simulation that allows teams to experiment with strategic decision-making in realistic business scenarios without real-world consequences. Working together, your team will make strategic choices and immediately see how those decisions play out in a simulated business environment. The workshop offers a safe space to challenge assumptions, test different approaches, and gain valuable insights into how your team thinks and collaborates. Beyond strategy, MATSI helps participants better understand their co-founders and teammates by revealing decision-making styles and value-based thinking before those dynamics emerge under real business pressure. Artificial intelligence takes the experience even further by acting as a teammate—making and explaining decisions, transforming ideas into structured options, and generating tailored business scenarios based on your own company documents. The result is a practical, personalized learning experience that strengthens both strategic thinking and teamwork. The workshop is facilitated by GPT-Lab experts Dua Sultan, Mikko Auranen, Jari Puolijoki, and Johannes Määttä. This session is delivered as part of FAIR2 – Finnish AI Region (EDIH) by GPT-Lab, Tampere University, in collaboration with Crazy Town Tampere. Please note that the participant list will be shared with the FAIR organization for project statistics purposes. The event is free and open to everyone. Register Copy the event page link
