Tampere AI will host a three-module AI training series in spring 2026, offering up-to-date, practical, and strategic expertise for leveraging AI in product development. The program focuses on effective AI adoption to drive business growth and scale productivity. It combines strategic insight, practical tools, and real-world examples from various industries. The training is designed for senior leaders as well as professionals in product development, sales, and marketing, and development teams. No prior technical expertise is required.

Module 1: AI-Driven Product Strategy and Competitive Advantage

This training program, designed for executives, explores how data and AI can be transformed into a true competitive advantage. It provides strategic insight and practical tools for integrating AI into product strategy — not as a separate experiment, but as a core driver of business value. Key themes of the program include:

In this hands-on training module, participants will learn how AI can accelerate product and service development and how to integrate AI into everyday development processes. The program includes practical exercises where participants apply what they’ve learned directly to their own products or development projects. It is particularly suited for product owners, development teams, digital developers, and those responsible for innovation.

The objective of this coaching module is to understand how AI is transforming the development process and to gain hands-on experience with AI tools.

After the training, participants will be able to:

  • Use AI in ideation and concept development
  • Build and test MVP concepts more efficiently
  • Identify where in the development process AI creates the most value

In this training we learn to accelerate commercialization with AI-powered methods. Training includes topics like:

  • How can productization and go-to-market be redesigned for both traditional and data-driven products?

This training provides product owners, sales, and marketing teams with practical frameworks and hands-on experience on how to leverage AI to speed up productization and market entry.
